• If registering for multiple sessions, please closely review the Schedule-at-a-glance below and the detailed Schedule for our pre-congress workshops and focus groups to ensure overlapping sessions are not reserved.
• There will be no refunds issued unless the workshop or focus group is cancelled by the organizer.
• Each session has a capacity limit of 30 participants.
• For sessions with a fee, your seat will not be reserved until payment is received.
• If you register for free sessions, please only do so if you intend to attend, as absent attendees take away seats from others who would otherwise participate.
